Bucketeers is a beginning level drum class where students will learn the basics of how to play the drums. The class will focus on drum rudiments and proper technique. By the end of the class students will be able to perform a routine. Everything will be played on five gallon buckets but can be applied to real drums. This makes for a fun and affordable way to learn!
Bucketeers will occasionally perform with the Bucket Busters and can serve as a prerequisite to join them.
Dates/Days/Times:
Sept 14—December 14 / Tuesdays / 3:30—4:30 pm & 4:30—5:30 pm
(No class Nov. 2 & Nov. 23)
Class Size: 4—20
Location: Nipomo Recreation Community Room, 671 West Tefft St., Suite 2
Fee: $10 per week, charged by the month (12 week session)
Material Cost: $10 includes drumsticks, bucket, and printed materials.
